Welcome to the League of Friends for the John Taylor Hospice

The League of Friends for John Taylor Hospice is a Birmingham based charity made up of volunteers working to raise funds for the Hospice’s patients and their carers.

It celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2014 and during that time, it has raised millions of pounds through events, sales of merchandise and other forms of fundraising.

The John Taylor Hospice is one of the oldest in the UK and has beenĀ  providing palliative (end of life) careĀ  for patients in Birmingham and The West Midlands for over 100 years.

The work of the League of Friends depends on the wonderful commitment of its volunteers and their selfless work carried to raise much needed funds.

The Friends are looking for volunteers to support its vital work and suggest new and innovative ideas for fundraising.
