Welcome!
The John Taylor Hospice helps patients with life threatening illnesses and their families. It serves a population of over 400,000 in Erdington, Great Barr, Kingstanding, Sutton Coldfield and North and East Birmingham - together with adjoining areas.
It has a day hospice, an inpatient unit (housed in friendly surroundings) and community based nursing, pastoral and bereavement support teams.
Support groups also exist to help the partners of patients following a bereavement
The John Taylor Hospice celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2010.

 The League of Friends helps to raise funds, increase awareness of the work of the Hospice; and ensure that funds raised are used for the benefit of patients, their families (including children) and carers. The Charity is celebrating its 35th year of helping the Hospice.
